Yes, he is a drop of water...and he's very sensitive about it, too...
He's friends with Jason and Frances (they live in Chicago, though...Steve is a country water drop...)...
Sam took Steve from his leaf and held him while we all went on our nightly walk together...
Then he wiped him on Jake's shirt...Now Steve is with all of his friends, having a bubble party in the washing machine...(I hope they have a designated driver...all those bubbles, you know...)...
