I went into town today by mySelf...
Played my 70's radio station really loud and sang loud, proud and poorly... (I do this when my kids are around, too, and they often sing with me...but it was cool to just have this to mySelf today...)...
Blew and popped my bubbles really loud...(I have a bubble-blowing addiction...yes, I admitted it...and the noise of it really annoys Sam...so I usually refrain from indulging when he is around, with the exception of the times when I really feel I *need* the bubbles [the sensory of it feels comforting to me when I feel anxious], and Sam understands and turns up the music on his iPod louder to drown out my bubble-popping noise...)...
It was fun...
Sam...WoW-ing...
Night Swinging in Action...
. . . .
We had to buy it, because we were 39th on the waiting list at the library...
Jake started it today...
I'm still on the second...
We had a great discussion about these Twilight books on Shine...and as frustrated as Jake and I are with Bella at times (and other things related to the story), it sure has provided excellent entertainment, deep and thought-provoking discussions, and yet another wonderful, joyful connection between Jake and I (as well as Dave and Sam, because they like to hear about the story and add their own thoughts, even though they're not reading it!).
