Making my own fresh mozzarella is something I've wanted to do for a long time...and I'm thankful that I DID IT!!...and I also learned that, from now on, I will buy my cheese from the cheesemakers...

I made these Gruyère-Stuffed Crusty Loaves again...but I didn't have any gruyère cheese, or cheddar, so I used mozzarella and parmesan and added fresh basil, too...so they're kind of like little focaccia buns...
