We had such a great day today...the Sun was Shining, and I could hear that the song of the birds was different...they know that Spring is on its way!
We went to see *Slumdog Millionaire* and just LOVED it. Then we took a drive to the Cooperstown breweries and filled our growlers with delicious, fresh beer.
All day long, we talked about fulfilling Sam's desire to have a bulldog. It all felt just Right and Good and Exactly What We Needed. And so we walked forward with it, choosing his name, even!!...researching puppies...and we found the most wonderful breeders, who will have puppies ready to go exactly when we wanted them ~ in April, in time for Spring and in time for Sam's 15th birthday!!
After seeing how much they cost, Sam started counting his money. This is his *Belmont* fund...
